FRIDAY. YES.

Up with spotty sleep, coffee and snack of salmon and walnuts.
1-0-5.

WOD: Effen brutal: AMRAP in 20: Chose into 85lbs: 5 thrusters, 7 hang power cleans, 10 SDLHP's. Made it thru 5 rds. plus 5 thrusters, 7 hang power cleans, 7 SDLHP's....almost to 6! That one was tough for me, so I'll take it. Nice job, MK on the 7+3!

Breakfast with my husband: hb eggs, apple, nuts, more coffee.
3-2-9.

Lunch- a great salad with red pepper and cuke, added 1/2 apple and salmon, avacado.
3-2-9.

Snack- chicken, apple, walnuts.
1-1-2.

Din- turkey burger, veggies, salad, avacado, few nuts.
4-2-9.

Add some homemade soup, red base with chicken.
1-1-1.

Snack1-1-2.
