Monday July 12

Up around 430.

Got to do some body weight stuff today. 3 rounds: db snatch @ 25# on R, 10 pull ups, 15 db snatch @ 25# on L, 10 pull ups. About 15:46. Had to break up snatches after the first round.

Home to breakfast-
eggs, watermelon, avocado

A bit tired this am, but have things to do!
