Sunday Sunday!

Good Morning!

6:30- 1/2 zone bar and black coffee. Life is good.

8:30- egg white omelet w/ asparagus, steel oats w/ blueberries

Church to pray for my body and soul.

Noon- other 1/2 zone bar because my blood sugar is LOW....lunch came about an hour later, 2 blocks of leftover zoned chili and salad, 1/2 tsp. pb.

Snack- 4:00 while in the theater watching Sex & The City, Michelle shared 1/2 of her snack with me. THAT is a friend! 1/2 Luna bar. Best we could do! Thanks MK! You rock.

Dinner-7:30 4 block Zoned Chicken Diablo. yummy. Equates 4 oz. chicken tenderloins, broccoli, cauliflower, roasted peppers, carrots, seasoning, EVOO.

9:30- snack- string cheese and 1/2 apple w/ 1/2 tsp. pb.
