WOD: the word 'brutal' keeps coming to mind and out of my mouth, today was no exception. Timed row 500m, 20 burpees, 9x suicides, 30 ghd hypers, 100' walking lunges, 3 rope climbs, 100' walking lunges, 30 ghd hypers, 9x siucides, 20 burpees, 500m row. That last row felt like forever and was a BEAR. Michelle, as always, pushes me through everything! You rock, girl.
3B oats on the way home from gym. Breakfast with my husband: 2 hb eggs, 2b canadian bacon, 7B pb. It is a great morning- I feel so good.
Got a little stranded and hungry at the doc's office (Lee Convenient Care) today, but had a zb with. Had 1/2 at about 11:45. (it was the fear of not knowing how much longer I would be there... I mean, besides the 2 hrs I had ALREADY been there with most of Lee County) Then home for lunch. 4B chicken, 2B salad with tomatoes, red bell pepper, snow peas, and 6B pb. I am so getting a general MD after today.
5-3-7 total.
The BEST part of that entire experience was when I stepped on the scale, I had dropped 10 lbs!! This pleases me to no end....may have to confirm on another scale 'cause I am floored! I am confident that it is not only Crossfit, but THE ZONE which has enabled that to happen. Must have been all that malto........
5PM Snack- hb egg, 1/2 blueberries, 1/2tsp. pb.
Headed out to friend's birthday party tonight. Start off with 3B chicken, 1B eggplant, 1/2B cauli, 5B almonds before I leave home.
At party: 2B shrimp, 1B carrots/grapes.

I am so glad to hear Henry's procedure went well. Please keep me posted on his progress... he looks like such a sweet little boy.
