Up early because I cannot seem to sleep late these days. Coffee. No snack. Ran about 5K.
As my loving husband caters to the whims of yard salers in the driveway, I do breakfast@ 7:15: 2B hb eggs, 2B morning star patties, 3B oats, 4B slivered almonds, 3B almonds.
4-3-7. Totally punishing myself for the overload of p&ab yesterday.
It is hot outside- not sure how long this yard sale thing will last for us today. Our time seems better served beside a pool somewhere....we made it till lunch. Thanks to J&Kate for stopping by for moral support! :)

7PM Dinner- 4 oz. turkey burger, 1/2B eggplant, 1B cauli, 1/2B salad, 1B ketchup, 5B pb&ab. Counted 2B fat from EVOO in eggs.
