Been Crossfitting since May 2007. I am 39 and have never felt as good as I do now- and there are several reasons for that...I have married my love, Paul, on June 6, 2008. My faith, family, and friends are my happiness and I have a fantastic job that allows creatvity and flexibility. The other love in life is Crossfit. Some days it is a love-hate thing, but mostly love! I have watched my body transform- and now thanks to Paleo/Zone, I know it will continue to change. I consider myself to be blessed beyond measure. The Florida Gators, throwing parties, chillin' at the beach and pool, and playing in the kitchen are some other things I dig besides pushing my body to physical limits I never dreamed possible. There's something so satisfying about training so hard that you don't think you can go any further, and then you do....
