Up @ 445 as usual: Early to bed, early to rise- that's my vote. Got a good night's rest.
Snack- egg white, tangerine, slivered almonds.

WOD was a cardio mecca- 800m run, 500m row, 400m run, 100 double unders (mine suck), 200m run. Again, need to improve my du's. Me, my girl, and my other little girl Liz went for a little light diddy of a run after- the 1.5 mi. Felt good.
Waited too long to eat break, but it was good when I did eat it!
8:30- 3B oats, 2 eggs, 2oz. chicken, 7B slivered almonds and ab.

Lunch: Lazano's in Immokalee! (not everyone has this charmed life):
12N- 4B chicken (eyeball), 1B chopped pepper, 2 plum tomatoes (almost 1B), 1/2B best I could guess side salad, ff italian dressing, 4TBS guacamole, added 1B fat almonds.
4-2.5-7. Going with 7 fats due to chicken cooked in a little more oil than I would have liked....
Snack @ 4PM- hb egg, 1/2 apple, 1/2tsp. ab.
7PMSupper- 4 oz. chicken, 1B eggplant, 1B zucchini, 1B salad, EVOO.

Snack- 1/2 zb.
