445- up and coffee. Snack: hb egg, plum, ab.
WOD- 5x for time: 9 power cleans, 12 box jumps, 15 PERFECT pushups. I decided to reach out there and push myself on the weight for the cleans. So glad I did. Love the pushups. I know, I am a freak. Felt great this am- really felt like I turned a page with my form on the cleans, and the pushups for that matter. My girl MK is really laughing at me right now....
Brought my 3B oats with this am, ate them on the way home from the gym. Still trying to jockey my breakfast a little bit, but more than that, I feel like I have been waiting too long btw. my wod and eating, so I am at least trying to eat the carbs more immediately, since my bod uses them the best that way. I feel great right now, and will have the protein and fats on the road. I'd like to make a big shout out to the 6AM crew- the support for one another is really a thing of beauty. And to TIFAANY: WAY TO BE ON THE BOX JUMPS, GIRL! I know that was a pb for you- you totally conquered them today. My body is my slave.......thanks for those words this am. You helped me kick it up a notch.
Added to breakfast: 4 hb eggs, 7B ab. Felt great all morning. I think the 'early carb hold' is the ticket for me. 4-3-7
Lunch- (in Myakka City....I know, you want to go...)- some semblance (sp) of a grilled chicken salad, with 1 hb egg. Probably 4b protein, but maybe only 1B carbs. Fat was OK, I did not add any, since salad had cheese and black olives.
4-1-4
3PM- snack- hb egg, tangerine, ab. Added 3B fat by 5PM.
Had 1/2 apple- felt entitled!
Total here: 1-2-4.
7:15Din: 4B turkey burger (delicious, from Costco), 1B salad, 1B ketchup, 1/2B zucchini, EVOO and ab.
4-3-7.
15-11-20.
Snack- 1/2 zb (dessert!)

You are killin' it right now! Nice work today on the heavy weight and of course your PERFECT push ups. It seems like you found your nitch with the food b/c this week you are kickin' my booty!! Love it! So glad that there are days when I don't feel like doing extra but you motivate me to keep on keeping on. Thanks, felt good when all was done this AM. Enjoy the day my friend!
