Up at 450AM, a little sluggish- did not sleep well- but here I am! Half caff black coffee w/ stevia & nutmeg and a 1B snack of a hb eggy, 3/4c. blackberries, and 1/2tsp. pb. Now I am better. My devo got me right. Now I am ready. WOD is 200m run, 10 box jumps, 10 kte's, AMRAP 25 min. During warm-up I notice I am a little 'shaky' feeling, like I have not eaten at all. This baffles me slightly. Note to self: pay attention to my bod this am. I really liked the wod, but did NOT like how my body was speaking to me. Have noted it. Shout out goes to coach for the play time post wod. Me likey that. Also: Kudos to Liz for reminding us (me and MK) that the beautiful sunrise this am was totally worth sweating our moneymakers off in the wod. SO TRUE, my little friend. God did bless us with a real beauty this am. We were able to witness it as we did a little post wod walk.
8AM-ready to nosh: 4B- 2 hb eggs, 1 morning star patty(me likey a LOT), 1c. steel oats w/ 1/3c. applesauce, 1TBS. slivered almonds. I did not compensate for the fat in the eggs or 'sausage'....going to see how that works for me.
12PMLunch- made it just fine!-4B- 4.5oz. deli chicken, 1oz. string cheese, 2c. grape tomatoes mixed w/ 1/2c. chickpeas & a little BV, 2 bell peppers, 2 tsp. pb.
4PM- 2B fat, 6 almonds. Snack @ 445 of Zoned Waldorf Salad, but left fat out. So, I am up 1B fat at this juncture, will probably leave out of din, which by the way, is at Jason's Deli. I think I can Zone it there fairly well. We are taking Paul's grandmother (KK) there, she loves it and so do we! Report in later....OK- just had another 1B almonds, so up total of 2B fat. But the fat holds me until meal time.
6:30Din- 4B I think! Salad bar @ Jason's, with about 3oz. grilled chicken and 1 hb egg. I made 1 large spinach salad (about 2c.) with brocc, cauli, sprouts, cherry tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, and pepperocini, BV, and 10 green olives (2B fat, I was up 2B fat already from the almond snacks earlier). I did go back for a small second, but only aobut 1c. and a few more veggies. So, all in all, I am not sure exactly how many blocks this was. Came home to 3/4c. blackberries w/ cinnamon.
Can anyone comment: If you get hungry outside of the 'time' to eat, do you eat? I find that if I can have 1-2B fat only, I am usually OK until the meal, in which case, I withhold those blocks I already had. Is this OK?

However you this morning missy KILLED IT. 12 rounds is out of site my friend, just amazing. And not to mention you are the queen of the KTE. Awesome to witness you rock!
