Wednesday July 9th

Wake up call @ 5AM- 1/2 zb. Head out to the 'gym' and walk/run 40 min. on treadmill..intervals varying incline & speed, 50 pushups.

7AM break: ham, egg beaters, oatmeal, broccoli (still eating the 4 c. from the flight here!), almonds and macadamias

10:30- I am hungry (still trying to work this out) so 1/2 zb. I guess I am learning that it's not wrong if I get hungry so don't ignore it.....I am not really measuring exactly while here, so maybe breakfast blocks were a little low? One thing I do know (I think...ha!) is I am a 4 block girl.

12N- lunch- took 'sandwich bar' situation and made a turkey salad with tomatoes and dill pickles, about 2 cups worth. BV & EVOO (little). Dessert is about 1/2 c. grapes, 1/2 c. melon&canteloupe. Almonds to add fat.

I feel great today, so far. Jane has inspired me to watch the caffeine, so I have had 2 cups today, one of those @ 1/3 caff.

Meeting broke @ 4:30- snack- 1 oz. deli turkey meat, tomato, almonds

  1. Nice work today, keep it up on the road :) The push ups are great when you are on the road, maybe some lunges and abs too!
    The workout yesterday ended up being a total of 9 minutes of everything in 20 hard core pushes. I almost did 300 squats with a 20 lbs ball nutty! It sucked riding the bike by myself this morning, boring. But you'll be back before I know it, thank god!
