Woke up at 409 and thought I had overslept, then realized I get up everyday at 445 (this is not new information)...what was that? Back down for a few....did not get my full 7 last night, so a little groggy today.
Up @ 445- coffee and snack of hb egg, tangerine, ab.
WOD was another killer but oh so good: 3x of: 800m run, then 50-35-20 sit ups and thrusters. Went on and used the men's bar for a little sumpin' sumpin'. By the third run, every part of my body hurt, but when you know it's the last round, you push through it. MGMK and Liz joined me for the sunrise stroll around the block, walking today.
Had my 3B oats at gym- about 30 min post wod. Added 3.5 hb eggs and 1B turkey bacon, 7B ab.
4.5-3-7. Feel great, a little tired.
Lunch 12:45- 4B chicken, 3B salad with tomato, onion, leftover cooked veggies, red pepper, cucumber. Lemon and EVOO, almonds, ab.
4-3-7. Still tired today. I really notice lack of sleep these days!
Went to open gym to work on double unders. Snack @ 530- 1/2 zb.
7:30 Din- Broccoli Ginger Chicken, strawberries for dessert.
4-3-7.
