FRIDAY!

I live an abundant life.

Up early and coffee- snack of 1/2 apple, hb egg, almonds.

WOD- Back Squats: 7x of 5 reps- me and MK made it up to 165 lbs. Not as heavy as we have been before, but it is all so very good. WE are not as heavy as we have been before!!! Thank you COACH! CF & ZONE = RIPPED GLORY! And, as she said this am, "stronger for longer....it's better..." meaning hanging on for 5 reps at a lighter weight is better than going a little heavier for 1 rep, at least for us. We ran the 1.5 after- a good way to close out the week.

7:30AM-Breakfast with Pauly again this am :) Had my 3B oats on the way home from gym (and I was ready!) then 2 Morning Stars, 2 hb eggs, 5B almonds, 3B pb. I gotta get to Ada's today.
4-3-8. Added a fat cause I thought I needed it, the way I scarfed my oats down.

11:45AM-Lunch- 4B deli chicken, 2.5B beautiful salad with grape tomatoes, red onion, brocc, leftover eggplant, RW vinegar. 7B pb & ab.
4-2.5-7.

I feel great, but a little sluggish and tired today. I did go down a little late last night, so I am guessing a touch of sleep deficit...will try to do better tonight. My man and I are doing a yard sale in the morning! Ugh! 6336 Hofstra Court West in (Principia off Winkler Rd & College) in case anyone's game- we gots a cable machine to sell for $50 bills........come on, you know you want it................ :)

430Snack- 1.5oz deli chicken, 1/2 apple, about 3B pb. I am a little kookoo with the pb today-
1-1-3

7PM Dinner- 4B bison burger (yummy), 2B chopped salad, 1/2B green beans, 1B ketchup, 8B pb.
4-3.5-8. Easy on the pb, freak.

I think I better call today a cheat day. I have exceeded my blocks today.

Snack: 1-1-4
1/2 Apple, hb egg, 4B pb.

Total:

15-11-30

  1. Yeah girl!! That should be our new moto: Stonger for Longer!! Nice run this AM at a great pace, thanks! I tried the 3 block carb b-fast but I didn't eat enough fat (only bumped it up one block). We'll see how that works out for me. Have a great weekend hope you sell lots of stuff tomorrow!!

  2. I see Henry is headed to his private room. I hope and pray everything works out for him. I am going to check his blog to keep up to date on his progress.
    Good luck with your garage sale tomorrow hope you make lots of bucks!!!! If Jason and I are out and about maybe will stop in.

  3. Thanks for the advice on decreasing the fruit and adding fat. I am definately going to try it. I have never eaten as much food as I do on the zone (esp fruit) and it can be challenging to get it all down! By adding fat it will actually decrease the amount i have to consume at each meal... a good thing! GREAT news about Henry... I will keep praying for him and all of you who love him so. Have a great night... off to Oragami's.
