Up and coffee- snack of egg, apple, walnuts.

WOD: Power Cleans 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. Made it to 115 lbs. today, a new pb. Struggled to get there, backed up in weight until I felt a little better on form, then got it. It wasn't the prettiest clean, but it counts! Still need to work on form- the triple extension, specifically.
Breakfast: hb eggs, peach and raspberries with cinnamon and nuts, 1/2 apple.

Considering getting skinny on carbs this week to prepare for FGB....prolly would start tomorrow.....plan on making it to open gym today to finalize those plans with coach's advice. This is purely experimental- but am interested in seeing if it makes a difference.
Had an egg and some nuts before lunch- was getting hungry.

Lunch- 1B salad with pepper and tomatoes, added 1/2B cuke and a peach, chicken, pecans.
3-3-9. (2.5B carbs....went up with the fat anyway!)
Me and MK went to see J. Brod today- our thoughts and prayers still going out to him and Patty & the girls.
