WOD: Back squats: 5-5-5-5-5. Lots of great form and teachnique work today with great practice time. Love it. Ended up doing 10 sets, up to 143lbs for 2. Had more in the tank, but left it there for the day. Nice.
Break: hb eggs, apple w/ cinn, walnuts. Simple and d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s.
A beautiful day in the hood. I LOVE me some Gators. I hope he stays.
Lunch- some chicken, steamed orange cauli, spinach salad with cuke and avacado. All mixed up. Few nuts.
