Tuesday's Cakewalk

Up with way short sleep. After all the wonderful catching up I got over teh weekend, why oh why did my body not rest last night?? Arrghh

WOD: Cakewalk: Run 800, 30 KBS @ 16k, 30 box jumps, 30 pull ups, ROW 1000!!!, 30 pull ups, 30 box jumps, 30 KBS, run 800. Do I even need to say it? HOLY CRAP. Thank goodness I had MK and GinaB to comiserate with!!!

breakfast- 3 eggs, apple, eggplant, greens shake, avocado.

I am officially on vacation this week!! I love this time of year!!
