Slept on and off till 525AM. I will take it!

WOD: 'Fight Gone....' :) 3 rds: 15 WBS @ 14, 15 SDLHPs @ 45, 15 step ups, 15 PP @ 45, row 500m. All I wanted. Lots of H2O this am. Felt good to stretch afterward.

home to break: eggs, watermelon, coconut, few macs.

t burger, red pepper, avocado..with mustard, onion, pickle. good one!

craving fat today- macs, avocado.

din- salmon, eggplant, 100% and few more macs.
