6:30 Breakfast- 2/3 c. steel cut oatmeal, 1/2 c. unsweet applesauce, 1 Tbs. almond slivers, 1/2 c. lf yogurt, 3 oz. chicken lunch meat
11:30 Lunch- 3 oz. chicken breast, 3 c. raw spinach, 1 c. red pepper, 1.5 c. raw broccoli, 1/3 tsp. EVOO, red wine vinegar, 1 apple
Snack 1:00- 1/2 grapefruit, 1/3 tsp. pb, 1 oz. chicken lunch meat
Dinner 5:30- 3 oz. chicken, 3 c. raw spinach, 1.5 c. chopped tomato, 12 asparagus spears, 1/3 tsp. EVOO, red wine vinegar
Snack 8:30- 1 oz lf cheese, 1/2 tsp. pb, peach
Been hungry more than once today- worst times were shortly after lunch and after dinner

Sarah!! Thanks for visiting my blog! Great job on posting about your life in the Zone.... believe me there will be ups and downs. The funny thing about the Zone is that once your body feels that good then it's hard when you have a day "off" because you feel yucky! Hope you visit more often. Have a wonderful week!!
