Well, I had my breakfast at 5:30-a smoothie with 1.5 c. blueberries, 3 tsp. sliced almonds, 21 g. protein pwdr. It was good, but I had to rush to get it down before class. I went thru the wod without a problem, which I was worried about. But now it's 8:05 and I am pretty hungry so I am going to have my 1st snack very soon. Some black coffee will hold me for a few more.
