FGB!!! ...and it IS BAD!!!!!

MICHELLE KITHCART: I bow down to you, girl! You Rule. Coach is right- you're going to the Games in '09, the rest of us can try! And- ROCK ON COACH and J. BROD for getting dang close!

FGB was a bear today! I finished out with 251- and I don't think I left anything at the gym with that....meaning, I gave it all I had- so, I am comfortable, not so much on the pleased part, but I'll take a 251 and run at this juncture!. I WILL be improving that number, however!!

KATE CHARLES- you be the FGB Lady in Waiting....way to show up!

1/2 zb @ 7AM.

Split my 4B breakfast in half, around FGB. Oats and applesauce, hb eggs.
4-4-7

Lunch- 4B chicken deli and hb eggs, 1B chopped salad, 2B apple, evoo & pb.
4-3-7

3PM- 2B fat.
0-0-2

I am exhausted today, fgb really took it out of me...but in a good way.....feel pretty good, actually. It was a great workout, one that pretty much kicked my tail.

Paul and I just had foot detox baths. Looks like I have some issues with heavy metals and cholesterol....she and I attribute the heavy metal thing to all the canned beans I have been eating lately....should I be worried about this? Anyone comment...? Also, my cholesterol- I'm having it checked in a few weeks, because to tell the truth, I don't know what mine is! (not proud of that!) I have most definitely upped the yolks lately, so do you think it could affect it that quickly and
significantly?

5PM- Snack of 1/2 zb

8PM- Dinner- Splurged on filets from Mario's.....which I promptly cut in half upon pulling off the grill. 4 oz. filet, 1B green beans, 1B salad, a little under 1B zucchini, some cuke&bell pepper salad.
4-3-7. Estimating on the fat, I did not add extra here, but EVOO was used in cooking.

Snack- string cheese, strawberries, pb.
