I had the pleasure of counting for Michelle as she did fgb this morning. She has to work tomorrow, so coach set her up to do it today. This was her request- her very own drive to WANT to complete fgb with the rest of us. What a role model. Just as I have suspected and heard from many, it looks brutal. This athlete conquered it-scoring 305! I genuinely am so proud of her- she is a strong woman, in so many ways. Way to be, MK! I can only hope to keep up, girl. You have set the bar for us all. My goal is to reach 300.
Did the 1.5 route for a light run to clear my mind....yeah, right.
7:40Breakfast- 4B oats&applesauce w/ slivered almonds, 2 hb eggs, 6 pcs. turkey bacon, 1.5c. eggplant, added only 2B fat since the eggplant was cooked in EVOO.

5PM- Snack- omitted the carb here so I can have one more at din- deli chicken, 1/2tsp. ab.
6:30PMDin- 4B Chicken, 1/2B cauli, 1B eggplant, 1/2B green beans, 1B mixed berries
