Thursday July 24...

Up and ready with a full 8 of sleep. I can feel the difference already. Coffee. Snack: 1 hb egg, tangerine, 1/2 tsp. ab. WOD was another killer, but a beauty: 40 kbs, 800m run- 30 kbs, 400m run- 20 kbs, 200m run- 10 kbs. Note: felt great this am, sleep is key.

Breakfast with Paul: (love these days): 2 hb eggs, 6 pcs. turkey bacon, 1c. steel oats& 1/3c. applesauce w/ cinnamon and slivered almonds, 1.5c. eggplant, 1.5tsp. ab.
4-5-7.

Have felt great all morning. I am getting a new stove and microwave today! Everyone needs to get married once to receive such blessings...

12:30Lunch- 4oz. chicken, 1B mixed brocc& zucchini, 1B chickpeas, 1B tomato&bell pepper, 3B EVOO, 4B ab.

4:30Snack- hb egg, tangerine, 1/2tsp. ab. Liked it so much this am, did it again!

I have felt like I've been in the zone all day- it's been a good one.

7PM Dinner- 6oz. scallops, 1B salad with lemon and EVOO, 1.5c. eggplant w/ 1/2c. red sauce, 3B almonds. A great meal, but even better when prepared on a brand new stove.

There will be a snack- 1/2 zb. Paul votes for banana nut. He usually gets what he wants- that's my joy in life.

15-14-24 2B high on carbs, I just realized. WIll try to correct for Friday.

  1. I think I am going at 6 am tomorrow as I am taking the day off to hang with the boys so I don't have to get up quite so early. Going to work on my kip and do some posterior chain (thats what J calls it) strengthening. Hope you'll be there to give me some kip pointers cuz I am a long way from my 10 in a row goal... just one would be nice at this point. So pumped about FGB... its gonna be gruellingly fun!
