I wake up early and hungry. I think this will be my most challenging thing to figure out, because I do wake up early and for me to eat breakfast this early within an hour of waking puts me on a real quick and early schedule all day. If I was a three blocker plus a zone bar each day, where does that put me?
Anyone care to comment on this?
1/2 zone bar to start/add to breakfast, but it came a little ahead due to breakfast prep time- but I counted it as a carb/protein combo towards break....then....
Breakfast @ 8:20 (now I am on schedule!)- oatmeal w/ bluberries, 1/2 tsp. peanut butter. Then....
Fn Boot Camp in a HOT parking lot. Thanks go out to my girl. Punishhment for the wheelbarrels....I get it..... :)
Lunch- zoned chili w/ ground turkey breast (breast is key...hint: watch the fat in grd. turkey). Yum.
Snack @ 4:00- deviled egg whites with hummus....another yum
Dinner- dinner party at friends'- let's just go ahead and call this a cheat meal for me.
8 Shrimp cocktail, proscuitto and melon, 2 oz. steak, chopped veggie salad, 1/2 c. english peas, Thin sliver of birthday cake (just could not turn down) and a glass of wine. Needless to say, NO SNACK FOR ME tonight.

Let me just tell you why you wake up 'early and hungry'........it's because you don't eat anything and you pass out early from being famished (sp). Hello...
