I was able to pay close attention today. Lunch at 11:30- I tried 4 blocks and it worked better. Chicken and a huge freaking great chopped salad of red pepper, cukes, brocc, and tomato with 1 tsp EVOO & red wine vinegar, and 1/2 c.black beans. BUT: was hungry at 2:30 and had a snack of 2 walnuts, 1 c. strawberries, and 1 oz. of lf cheese. I think maybe should've had lean protein instead (after the fact)- Dinner was at 6, and went back to 3 blocks. Chicken, asparagus, green beans, strawberries and blueberries. I have had my 2 snacks already....trying to keep it there.
Ok, so what are the 'blocks'? You are some sort of amazing work-out woman now....I'm trying to learn the lingo. I have only one bit of advice so far, you need to eat more.
