Thursday, July 10- Coming home!

5AM- wake up call, 1/2 zb. Did 50-40-30-20-10 squats and sit ups, ran on treadmill with incline for 30.

6:30- 2b ham, 1b turkey, string cheese, 1c. strawberries, 1/2 apple, pear.

Lunch- 4 oz. turkey, string cheese, salad with EVOO, 1b. bluberries, 1b. apple

4:30 snack- string cheese & 1/2 c. bluberries
6:00- 2/3 zb

8:00 Din (sitting in MIA with grocery bag of zone prep)- 4b turkey, 2 bell pepp, 1b blueberries, 1 apple

snack- chicken, bell pepp

Home! So satisfying...

15.5 approx.
