I am tickled this am because I got an answer from Robb Wolf last night. I posted a question to him on his site re: my zone issues and he actually answered me! Everyone needs a little stroke now and again, folks. You can check it out under 'Zone Problems' on his site. My new system is 15-12-24. I think I love Robb Wolf.
445- Up- coffee, 1/2 apple, 1/2t. pb, 1 hb egg. WOD was brutal with 1000m row SPRINT, 50 front squats, 30 pull ups- for time. Row=borderline misery for Sarah. We worked on the extra stuff a little, and I am looking forward to open gym today. Felt better physically this am, not sure if it was my prayer warrior activity this am, or something else nutrition or sleep related, but I felt better....
8AM- 4-6-12: 2 morning star patties, 1c. steel oats, 1/3c. applesauce, 1/2 apple, pb, slivered almonds, 1/4c. chickpeas. Feeling good. Will be adjusting blocks all day to make my 'new' blocks add up to 15-12-24 by bedtime.
Note: even with the increased fat, I think I had too much fruit here, and it was only 2B! Hungry by 10:40. Had 3B fat.
11:30Lunch- 1 egg white, 4.5oz. deli chicken, 1B total of brocc and bell pepper, 2B chickpeas, almonds and a&p butters. 4-3-9 plus the 3 listed above = 4-3-12.
OK- I just realized I messed up. I think I can recover, by withholding fat from din. I was figuring total fat blocks wrong (too high). Math was not my strong subject, it was talking.
Total so far: 9-10-24...so din needs to be 4-3-0. Oh well- I am breathing and feeling good.
4PM-Snack- hb egg, 1/2 apple, 3 almonds
Went to open gym and MK and I worked on split jerks and such.
7PM- Eggplant Pizza- tasted good, but mine did not resemble a pizza of any sort. As close to
4-3-0 as I could figure....
Snack- 1/2 zb. I am exhausted. I'd like to get a little more sleep tonight.

Good AM Sarah. Would have loved to have hit open gym with you and Michelle yesterday. Ordinarily I would be there on Wed cuz Vinny usually has the boys every Wed night but he is out of town so they were with me and i always go home right after work when I have them. Jason said you guys worked on technique... he is such an awesome coach isn't he?! I have to check out the info from Rob Wolf too... thanks for sharing.
