My WOD today was Filthy Fifty at 5AM. It is tough, but I approached it as just another workout...and that's what it was! 29:10. I am pleased. Good luck to all my peeps hitting it tomorrow! You will do well- do not stress over it! It is just another WOD.
1B snack on the way home from gym- chicken, strawberries, almonds.

I am feeling the Filthy. Already was a little sore from those lunges Thursday....
Lunch- The 'Michael' salad from Popi's IV in Ellenton....(which normally has fried chicken, cheese, hb egg). I got mine with grilled chicken, no cheese, and the hb egg. (I can just hear the cook now.....) I am pretty sure went over 3B on protein. Added nuts.
