Thursday August 28!

Up with the coffee, snack strawberries, chicken, pecans.
1-1-2

WOD: AMRAP 20 min: 100' weighted overhead walking lunges, 7 burpees, rope climb. Looks safe on paper, but tougher than I thought. Used the 33lb bar and the lunges were talking to me by about the 3rd round! 5 plus 1. Drenched.

Breakfast: chicken, eggs, strawberries, peach, apple, pecans.
3-3-6.


College football starts tonight!

Lunch- salad with salmon, tomatoes, red pepper, peach, avacado and pecans. Delicious.
3-2-9.

Snack- egg, strawberries, almonds
1-1-2

Din- Chicken Taco Salad- I did the 1B salad with tomato and red onion, added 3B chicken, used Mrs. Dash salt free SW Chipoltle seasoning, lemon, about 2 tbs. taco sauce (cheat), avacado. Peach and almonds for dessert.

Prolly snack later. Going down early tonight. Got the Filthy in the am, due to my absence Saturday for the Gator game. Thanks coach for working with me on this- it means a lot to me to get it done.

  2. I can eat a little bit of nuts but not anywhere near what I was eating... can mess with our Omega 6/Omega 3 ratios which affects skin. Way to go on the 33lb bar today that had to be brutal! In case I don't see you in the morning GOOD LUCK on the Filthy Fifty... you will do awesome!

  3. Nice meals :) Too funny. My chicken though has been chicken speedies! My mom sent me down with a few frozen tubs yeah! So you are doing really well with Paleo. Great work. I am trying, but not nearly as disciplined as you. Can you totally tell the difference?
