Up and cafe du monde- chicken, apple, pecans. Not as hungry this am, but knew the WOD was tough, so ate.

WOD: For time: Row 1500m, then 40-30-20-10 of: situps and kbs. Kept it to Rx on the kbs. Smart move for me. The row was not as bad as I thought, since I paced myself pretty good, prolly a little too much...avg. split time 2:01.6ish....had I dropped that to 2:00 maybe a little faster finish time, but 14:27 does not suck. KBS's are kicking my tail these days. It's the love hate thing. Also: no more runs pwo for a while per J and Dutch advice...too much aerobic activity interfering with wod performance is the concept. Gonna give that a chance. Shout out to my girl MK who smoked it on her first day back from vaca! Nice job, girl. All that rest ain't so bad.... :)
Breakfast: chicken, apple, strawberries, pecans. Took me some time to eat- I am trying to chew my food more thoroughly these days per RW's digestion tips...just a little thing I have with keeping my tummy nice and clean. Think it comes with old(er) age!

3-1-9. Added the extra fat to compensate for short carbs. Actually 1 block of fat short, BUT WHO'S COUNTING??? (little zone humor)
Made it to open gym for a little du work.

Great job on the wod, the kbs and su's caught up to me and slowed me down. About this whole gator football thing.... Did I tell you I am a rainbow fan this week!!!! Go NOLES!!! luvyabuhbye
