Up and coffee- snack of apple, egg, pecans. Early start to my post today as I will be on the road and will be pressed for time after the gym this am.

WOD: Timed: SDLHP x 40, 400m run, 40x WBS, 800m run, 40x WBS, 400m run, 40x SDLHP.
This one was pretty much not a sleeper, as tough as it looks on paper! Ran the 1.5 after.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, chicken, eggplant, strawberries, peach, almonds.

Lunch- chicken, raw veggies, grapes. Added 1/2 apple and nuts.

Yes the strictness is based on the skin book and should also help me to determine food allergies when I reintroduce foods again in 30 days.. just in case my hiving is food related. You'll have to help me resist what i should not have when I see you out to watch the games cuz it will be hard for me :(
