Monday morning...August 25

Up with not so good sleep. No coffee or snack, fasting.

WOD: How many can you do? AMRAP in 20 min: bw squats, push ups. Start at 1 squat, 1 push up, 2..3..4...you get it...almost made that ever so evasive 20....not quite....this is what I call sleeper brutal....not so bad on paper, but....

Finally some food! 2B on the way home from the lab: chicken, plum, 1/2 apple, almonds.
2-2-4. Savoring hot coffee, will finish with 2B more shortly.

930- 2 hb eggs, 1B eggplant, 4B pecans.

Lunch- salad with chicken, tomato, cuke, yellow pepper, peach, avacado, added 1B almonds.

Ran 3 mi since I did not run this am. Working on implementing a few 'twoadays'.

Dinner- chicken, brocc, eggplant, peach with cinnamon and slivered almonds.
