Coffee and breakfast- hb egg, chicken, 1B leftover veggies, peach, raspberries, nuts.
3-3-6

Chuch to pray. God is good, all the time. All the time, God is good.

Lunch- cheat meal at First Watch: turkey sausage, egg beaters, 3 slices tomato, side of fruit.
4-1-?. Came home and added plum, and a few veggies, 7B almonds.

Snack of chicken, peach, almonds
1-1-3

Went to friends' house for dinner- cheat meal: 6 shrimp, 1 lobster tail, 1oz. steak, small salad w. lemon, 1/2B green beans, 1/2 apple, raw veggies to start...so cheat in that I went over 3B of protein.

Fasting in the am for blood work.

13-10-20. Little off today.
