Saturday at the beach

...up at 7AM and coffee and breakfast with my man. I stuck with a snack of an egg, plum and pecans.

Headed to the beach! Weather held out for us- we had a great turn out for some fun in the sand...ok, seaweed and wind...but who cares?! It's Saturday and we did a great one: 3x (21-15-9) of: burpees with tire jump, walking lunges for some sort of distance, about a 400m run, mountain climbers, kbs. As usual, it proved to be a little more rigorous than what it looks! Rains were starting to fall as we finished up, so all is well. Thanks coach for bringing the equipment and setting it up!!

2B snack on drive home: chicken, strawberries, peach, pecans

1B snack of chicken, tomato, almonds.
1-1-2

Headed off to a massage....

Lunch- salad w/ chicken, tomato, red pepper, peach, cuke, raspberries, avacado.
So good.
3-3-6

Snack of chicken, peach with cinnamon and slivered almonds.
1-1-2

Din- scallops, cauli, green beans, pecans, salad.
3-3-6

Snack- scallop, peach, pecans
1-1-2

  1. Great job with the Beach WOD yesterday Sarah. I don't know what happened to us, but Kate and I basically fell into "Coma-land" and vegged-out for the rest of the day. I think I needed to catch up on some needed rest/sleep. I dosed in-and-out ALL day!!! Can't wait 'till next Sat. and the Filthy Fifty. ~ J
