Up and coffee- snack of chicken, raspberries, pecans.

WOD: 100 turkish get ups. 50 each side. Didn't get the full 100 in, coach was more focused on using weight, going for a pb, which I got- 45 lb. bar, then 50 lb. db. That made for a total of about 54...and what a workout. Anyone familiar with tgu's understands! Finished the am with the 1.5 run. I love Fridays. Really excited for the beach wod tomorrow, I hope the weather holds out for us!
Breakfast- chicken, eggs, peach and raspberries with pecans and cinnamon, grape tomatoes.

Way t go with the weight on the TGU's... I like the BB it is so chellenging. Finaly heard for Jane... she lives! If weather coops she will be at beach 2mrw, she has been busy with work, teaching and painting the inside of her house.
