Up early- coffee & 1/2 zb.

Break8AM- Beautiful 4B omelet with 3 eggs, 1 oz. ff mozzy, 1.5B grape tomatoes & brocc,
2B (1 pc.) ezekiel toast with 5B ab. 2B almonds. I am noticing sometimes getting a little light headed upon standing.. kind of goes in hand with when I feel a little shaky or 'weak'....a blood sugar issue? NOT in the zone? Will ask RW, I think...

Church to thank God for a safe surgery for our little H man, still waiting for total results....
Lunch1PM- 2 hb eggs, 2oz. chicken, 1.5B tomato&heart of palm salad, 1/2 apple, 7B almonds & ab. Later snacked on brocc & grape tomatoes poolside....1/2 Becks Premium, which by my figures is 1/2B, not 1B.

Snack430- 1/2 apple, hb egg, ab.
Din630- 5B turkey burger. OK, so I thought that the 5oz. turkey burger cooked down to a 4B turkey burger, but not so. Those things are too dang good to be trimming any off, so call me a radical, but I ate 5B of protein tonight. I am quite sure the sun will still rise. 1B green beans, 1/2B red onion, 1B ketchup, and I'm gonna reach out there and give myself another 1/2B carbs for any brocc, extra ketchup, and/or beans...7B ab& almonds.

A great day. My mister and I pooled it with neighbors and I managed to remain in the zone. Amazing to me.
There will be a snack, 1/2 zb. I can tell already!

Henry seems to be doing really well... will not stop praying for the little guy tho. Glad to hear you relaxed a bit poolside today. j and i never made it to the gym... but have been going nonstop all day and both of us still have hours of computer work left. Tomorrows WOD is going to be awesome... check out the video. FINALLY having some more eggplant tonight... thanks to you. Looked for your coffee filter today... none at Target, Costco or Lowes but I know they had em at WS. If you want to read a great article about an Olympian check out the Sept issue of Runner's World about Ryan Hall... God told him to run! You can probably access it online. TTYL friend.
ReplyDeleteYeah girl I'm going to die tomorrow with Tabata! Of course all body weight exercise which I don't rock so much at. Oh well, it'll be a good sweat and another butt kickin'! Doing good with mixing up the blocks, although not every meal yet. But I did do a little pre-packing today so I am I know good with atleast breakfast for the week.
