Sunday- Coming home

Up and coffee- preparing to come home later this am- it has been a beautiful weekend but coming home always trumps being gone, even if you are on the Jersey shore!

Snack- 1/2 apple, pb, chicken
1-1-2

Breakfast- 4 hb eggs, 1.5B grape tomatoes&eggplant, 10B almonds.
4-1.5-10

Lunch- 3B deli chicken, 1/2 apple, 1B grape tomatoes, 13B almonds.
3-2-13

Snack- 1/2 apple, 3B pb, string cheese
1-1-3


Looking forward to cleaning up this week. Although the Zone pretty much prevailed this weekend, I feel thick. Looking back, I did mostly fruit carbs in the mornings- I think it's accurate to say I am fruit sensitive when it comes to carb intake. Also, I am still tweaking my fat ratios; I am usually not a full 3X, but did some 3X this weekend....while activity level was low compared to 5 WOD's/week....so need to lean up.....it's all good. Pretty sure tomorrow morning will kick my tail. Early to bed tonight for me, I am beat.

Dinner- 4B total turkey burger w/ lf swiss, 1B ketchup, 1B salad, 1B brocc, 9B almonds. (my salad and brocc were a little under a block- for math I am calling them 1B each, but that is why I added two more fats here.)
