Up early with good sleep, coffee. Really glad to be home. Snack of 1/2 apple, cottage cheese, and pb. I need to grocery shop today. No eggs!

WOD: The Power Snatch. 5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1. Made it to 83 lbs before I started taking myself out of the game mentally. I continue to do this in my lifting, and it is most frustrating. MK and I ran the 1.5 after, which I needed.

Lunch- noon- 4B chicken on a 1B salad with bell pepper and grape tomatoes, added 1B artichoke hearts, 5B avacado, 5B almonds.

Snack- 1/2 apple, pb, hb egg
1-1-1
Dinner- 4B chicken, 1B salad with 7B avacado, 1B eggplant, 1B cauli. Great meal for me.

There will be a snack. It was strawberries, cottage cheese, almonds with cinnamon.

ReplyDeleteOh I am so confused on how many blocks I should be... RW says we are not elite level... would have to agree with him... so i cut back to 3 blocks today and did fine but what do I do about added fat and less carbs now?? intend on becoming as close to elite as possible... not to eat more but to work out more... i hope i can fit it into my schedule and still get enuf sleep!

Jason and I were discussing Rob Wolf/Zone/Paleo and activity levels... he is my source of knowledge when it comes to nutrition/fitness since he is constantly researching to make us all better! so I'll ask him where he read about it and get you the info. Went back to 4bl protein/3carb/4bl fat for BF today because i was really hungry after today's WOD. Have to figure out how to make at least 3 days a week a double activity day???? Hope you had a good WOD and are feeling better.
