Tuesday's a new day.

Up and ready- coffee and snack of hb egg, cherries, pb.

WOD: 4x of: 500m row, 20 burpees, 100' walking lunges. Am at a little crossroads with zone, feeling like I need to cut back- may need to reassess total block situation. Ran the 1.5. Want a 2, coach!!

815Breakfast- 4 hb eggs, 3B oats, 1/2B eggplant, 4B fat. Was not as hungry today, which is surprising since the wod was so demanding.
4-3.5-4.

I am blessed with a job that allows me to have good home office time. Having said that, I am on the road the next two days!

1230Lunch- 4B chicken on a 1B salad with 1B artichoke hearts. 4B olives.
4-2-4.

Snack415- hb egg, cherries, pb.
1-1-2

Din- 3B snapper, 1B chopped salad, 1B green beans, 1B mixed squash, 5B avacado. Delicious, but could not finish the veggies.
3-3-5

It's been a great day, work and food wise. Am in the process of adjusting blocks. Report back later. Thanks to MK, Coach and Kate for being involved in this process....it is still a learning curve! We'll see if my positive attitude keeps up as I am dropping blocks. :)

Snack. Can't help it. I love them.

  1. Correct blocks, or not you are still kickin the wods right in the butt. Great job. Stay Positive, don't get down. We will all get this figutred out. It truly has been a short time since we started zonin, and we are making up for years of not being "right". The important thing is that we have started. We are all in it together. Keep up the awesome job. JB
