Sunday- the wind!

Slept great!

Trying my hand at intermittent fasting today. Fasted for 15 hrs, 9PM-Noon. Not too bad, black coffee helped a little, hope the coffee is 'legal'.

Lunch- 3B turkey burger, 1B chopped salad, peach, nuts.
3-2-9

Added fat.
0-0-5

Snack- chicken, tomato, pecans.
1-1-2

1-0-1 chicken and pecans.

Din- 1B salad with red pepper& grape tomatoes, added cukes and strawberries, avacado.
3-3-6

Snack- egg, peach w/ cinnamon and almonds
1-1-2

9-7-25.
