Today is the first day in a while that I have felt hungry! I was feeling it about 11AM, had 1B almonds and made it to lunch at noon- OK at that point-

Lunch- Spinach salad with chicken, red pepper, tomato, cukes, peach, avacado. Delicious! I am really digging lemon and chili powder.
3-3-5 Fat worked out perfect; 1 small Haas avacado.
Now it's 245 and just finished a snackola of hb egg, raspberries, almonds.
1-1-1. Not sure what's going on in there today- this is ironic because J and I were just talking this am about how the new 12B days for me were going so well....esp. since I have shifted more to Paleo, and how we actually don't need all of the food we think we do....hmmmm- the trick now will be making it to supper! Feel great at the moment!
Block check: 3PM: 8-8-15. Still way OK for the day.
Had 1B almonds (think I am short 1) Made it fine to din. Managed to fall asleep for a little nap.

Snack later, I feel sure. I hope today was a fluke, will pay attention tomorrow. Maybe my body was just cranking a little today....who knows. Snack was chicken, apple, pecans.

I haven't talked to Jane n a while but called and texted her and drove by her house a couple times (wasn't home) and still waiting to hear back from her. I know the Fall semester starts soon and she has a lot of prep work for the classes she is teaching so she is probably just swamped. Her current house is the green one on La Faunce and McGregor... it is so awesome, you'll really like it I think. Hopefully she be back on track soon.
ReplyDeleteHey what's up? My hands have been wrecked since last fri. I did "cindy" on free-for-all friday. Did 13 2/3 rounds, so 14 sets of pull ups ripped my hands up. I have been taping with that black tape ( its ok) I just need mine to heal. I think grip tape on the bar would be best for us? We will see!
ReplyDeleteNice WOD today girl! Speedies-Marinated cubed chicken you grill on skewers. It's an upstate NY thing. I love um, and am going to be bringing some home with me. So I"ll have you and paul over for dinner sometime soon. The hands are going to be a challenge. Just doing deadlifts today w/o gloves tore my hands up a bit. I've got to toughen my hands up somehow.... It sucks, I know!! I won't be back until next Wednesday in class. I fly in late Tuesday night so I might be a wreck but I'll still come in at 6am.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you liked the Barramundi. J said same... GHD sit-ups will b an easy fix. Blood work should be back tomorrow... had to have it for new insurance so didn't really need it but havn the info will be good. Quesy was from the whiplash/head rush felt it all day but feeln better now. As far as your being hungry today could have to do with where you are n ur cycle, might want to keep track and see if there is a pattern over a couple months. 4 me def affects my hunger level goes from really hungry to barely able to stomach much food over a couple days... maybe long tem zone/paleo will "fix" it?
