Wednesday Aug. 6 already!

Up early with coffee, no stevia. Never thought I'd miss it so- Ada's is killing me. Going to Mother Earth today after work.
Snack- hb egg, 1/2 apple, 3B pb. Felt like I needed it.
1-1-3

WOD: WHEW! 800m run, then 21-18-15 push press & box jumps; 400m run, then 12-9-6 push press & box jumps; 200m run. Felt strong.

Breakfast: 4 hb eggs, 3B oats, 1B sweet potato, 1B apple, 1B grape tomatoes, 5B pb (compensating for early am snack)
4-6-5

Lunch (on the road)- 1B salad with about 3B turkey, added 10B almonds. Added 1 hb egg.
4-1-10

I am exhausted today.

Snack430- hb egg, 1/2 apple, pb.

Foot detox with my man AND my girl. Life is good.

Dinner- 8PM- 4B Boca burger (1.5), 1/2B chopped salad, 1/2B brocc, 1/2B eggplant, 1B ketchup, 7B ab.

  1. Eggplant pizza sounds delic... will def be making that thanks SM & MK! Hope you enjoyed the mag... I am looking forward to catching some of the olympics... now i am cravin a greek salad... hopefully will c u 2nite at open gym cuz I had to sleep in today so I am doing WOD after work.
