FRIDAY September 12

Friday finally! Coffee and snack of egg, plum, walnuts.
1-1-2

WOD: shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. My weakest event, by far. My PB up from 7/2/07 was 80 lbs. Made it to 75 lbs today. Not that impressive, but I have to remember that I have lost 10 lbs. bw since then. Actually, did not try to lift anything over 75 today, just left it there, and failed for a rep. Took it down to 65 for reps after. Felt good just to crank a few out in succession. I never claimed to be the strongest, that's for sure! Nice job goes out to Liz and Mariel for making it to 75 lbs today...MK- you rock....95 lbs...Nice, sister.

Breakfast- eggs, chicken, pear, peach, eggplant, walnuts.
3-3-6

Lunch- 1B salad with cuke and tomato, chicken, apple, avacado, nuts.
3-3-9

Snack- egg, plum, almonds
1-1-2.

Still working on dropping a carb block or two today...it ain't working for me just yet.

Din- turkey burger, sliced tomato, bell pepper, cuke, cauli, almonds.
3-2-11

snack- egg, strawberries.
1-1-0

12-11-30. Will be interested to see if I've dropped enough carbs to improve performance or if I am worrying about it too much.

Corporate return deadline is Monday so no treats for me today but I will be getting with Kim soon, very soon. I hope you enjoyed your facial.
