FRIDAY!!!

Thank goodness it's Friday!

Up with good sleep and coffee. Snack egg, strawberries, almonds.
1-1-2

WOD: AMRAP in 20 min: 10 Snatches (63 lbs) and 200m run. Snatches are tough for me, still working on form. This was a sleeper tough one...but a good one! 7.5 rounds. Thanks go out to MK for helping me keep my rounds straight- I can 'lose' an occasional round every now and again!

Breakfast- hb eggs, plums, pear, almonds. yummy.
3-3-6.

Lunch- 1B salad with cuke, pear, avacado, nuts.
3-2-9

Snack- pepper, egg, almonds
1-1-5

Dinner party for friends tonight.....report in later. Food's pretty clean since I am the hostess!! Lucky them!!

Great night with friends. Food was beautiful, just lots of it. Scallops, steak, chicken, shrimp, raw peppers, fruit. 1.5 beers.
Not counting on this one...CHEAT for sure, but at least is was zone friendly!!

  1. Hey, hey hey! Thanks for the words on adrenals and yes I know from a visit to an NP about 2 years ago that my were/are depleted and she gave me supplement to "rebuild". Back on track with the strict Paleo this week now I just have to conquer the weekend! FYI, walnuts are the only nut with the ideal Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio of 2:1 that we should have in our diets... not only is it Paleo but a really good nut choice according to Cordain. Have a good Friday... I love Fridays! Thanks for the prayers for Joe and Eva... we are still waiting to hear about his test results so no news yet.
