Thursday, Sept. 4

Up and coffee- snack of egg, peach, almonds.
1-1-2

WOD: Triple modality (ugh): 5x of: thrusters, box jumps, row for cals. Total number is score....a little fgb practice. Good one, but pretty brutal. Shout out to my girl MK for slamming this one. She really keeps me on my toes, to say the least.

Breakfast: hb eggs, plum, apple, almonds.
3-3-6.

Headed back down to Naples for the day. Another ugh. BUT....SEC football tonight!! YEAH. Trying to keep everything in check, traveling during the week makes everything a little more challenging, and if I think about it enough, I get a little freaky. At least it's close, so I know I am being a little bit of a brat, here. I am such a creature of habit.

Lunch- salad with 5 shrimp, added 1B red pepper and nuts.
3-2-7

Snack- egg, pear.
1-2-0

Din (Changs)- steamed ginger salmon (fantastic) over veggies, salad, one lettuce wrap, 3 pieces seared tuna. Cheat meal, went way over on protein.
Prolly 5-2-6.


Going home!
No snack.
