FRIDAY

Slept until 530-600, coffee, snack of egg and nuts.
1-0-5.

Oregon State beat USC. Great game.

No WOD, resting for FGB. Me and MK went in at 7AM and went for 2mi walk, stretched and rolled.

Break- hb eggs, peach, 1/2 apple, nuts.
3-2-12

Lunch at home today-what a luxury- 1B salad (tomatoes and pepper) with chicken, avacado, nuts. Little bit of a nut hound today.
3-1-16.

Snackola- egg and nuts.
1-0-5.

Dinner: A leap of faith for me- an 'experimental' meal for me tonight, in an effort to load my carbohydrate intake in preparation for FGB. I thought about it all day, wondering... should I? (no offense coach, but these were my internal demons talking). As you notice, I have been restricting carbs for most of the week, in the same effort; additionally, tonight was a cheat meal. I also was worrying about cheating before the weekend! I am a freak, of this I know.

salmon, green beans, sweet potato, 1 c. whole wheat pasta with organic marinara, pecans.

  1. Girl I know tomorrow you are going to kill it. You are so much stronger and faster then you were 2months ago it's going to be awesome to witness. Glad the patch is working for you!!
