Thursday September 26

Up with better sleep, coffee, snack of egg and nuts.
1-0-5.

Beautiful breezy morning, truly a touch of Fall in the air. Could have used some sleeves!

WOD: 3x for time: 21-15-9 deadlifts (133lbs) and run 800m. Great effort and push from MK- we did this one side by side- I don't mind posting our time @ 11:40. Felt much stronger on the DL's, better back position.

Breakfast- the eggs, 1/2 apple, 1/2 peach, few raspberries, nuts.
3-2-12.

So far so good on the skinny carbs this week. Felt a little irritable last night, but recognized it and regrouped. MK reminded me this am it's from cutting the carbs, most likely. I will be glad when FGB is over!

Headed to beautiful Immokalee today.

Lunch- salad with chicken, guac, added nuts.
3-1-10.

Snack- chicken, nuts.
1-0-7.

Din- scallops, chicken, 1/2B brocc, a few grape tomatoes, avacado, nuts.
3-1-13.

11-4-47 so far. Will have a snack, just not sure if I'm adding a carb or not. Gametime decision! Enjoying some college ball tonight with my man. Will be dropping in on 7AM class tomorrow- getting a little rest in the am, prepping for FGB.

Caved and had 1/2 apple with an egg and 2B nuts. I really wanted that 1/2 apple!
