Wednesday the 24th

Up and coffee- snack of egg and nuts. Did not get enough sleep, which confuses me since I was exhausted yesterday by 4PM. Had one cup of decaf after dinner...? I know I will be tired today, will try to get some rest.

WOD: Can you say effen brutal? Triple modality: Row 500m, 50 WBS, 50 hypers, 50 double unders, 50 KBS, row 250m, 25 WBS, 25 hypers, 25 double unders, 25 KBS. Holy smoke. It took me 15 minutes to recover. Shout out to my girl for pulling me through this one- nice work girl.

Break- hb eggs, eggplant, peach, nuts.
3-2-10.

Nuts.
0-0-5.

Lunch- 1B salad with chicken, avacado, nuts.
3-1-10.

Snack400- egg, nuts.
1-0-5.

Supper- snook, mashed cauli, cuke salad, almonds.
3-1-7. Dropped back on fat here to make up for the 5B I have thought to be over all day, now I realize that I'm actually not over. Oh well.

Going to have a snack-
1-1-2.
