Metcon Monday

Up with coffee, snack of pear, egg, almonds.
1-1-2

WOD: Metcon malay for time: Row 500m, 100 singles, run 800m, 200 singles, run 400m, 300 singles, run 200m. Yeah. Jogged the 1 mi PWO with MK.

Breakfast- hb eggs, cantelope, peach, pear, almonds.
3-3-6. This will be a good test- lots of metcon, and 3B carbs (not loading carbs pwo which I haven't been doing anyway), and all fruit! I was feeling hungry as I prepped breakfast, I think the heavy metcon load is kicking in....left breakfast at 3-3-6.

Well, fell out of zone because I was hungry by 11AM...luckily at home office today as my truck is getting new tires, so fixed 1B salad (red pepper and grape tomatoes), 3B chicken, 1/2B cuke, 1/2B brocc, avacado, nuts.
3-2-9.

415snack- felt better this afternoon after lunch. egg, veggies, walnuts.
1-1-2.

0-0-1. pauly walnuts.

Din- chicken, eggplant, brocc/cauli, walnuts.
3-2-6.

Snack later? I think yes.
