Din- barramundi, green beans, cauli, avacado, nuts.

Snack- egg, apple, almonds. Egg was half exploded from some mishap in the hot water!

I have been getting tired lately, come about 4PM...daily afternoon crashes.

Good job to you too esp on todays WOD! I did a second WOD today because I have meetings tomorrow that will prevent me from attending open gym :( and yes I agree the triple mod makes a second WOD rough. thanks for the contact for Kim Fowler... will be calling her soon. See you in the am!
