WOD: 150 burpees for time. Nice one, coach!- and it was scaled from burpee pull ups...a fine howdy do for a Monday am!!
Breakfast- eggs, strawberries, apple, eggplant, nuts.

Still a little sore from Badger, but this am helped to work some out...
Lunch- Salad with pepper and tomatoes, added some cuke, peach, avacado, pecans.

I hope you had a good Monday. If you and Paul dig almonds you should try the Archer farms organic almonds (in the produce section) they are the "meatiest" and most flavorful ones I have found. BTW tell Paul "good job gang" he looks great... you guys are such a pretty couple!!!!!
