Tuesday with Nancy

Up and coffee- snack of egg, strawberries, pecans.
1-1-2

WOD: Nancy (thanks MK!): 5x for time: 400m run, 15 OHS (63/95); definitley had to focus on core balance and strength for the squats. 6AM crew did great! Way to say hello to Miss N.

Breakfast- hb eggs, peach, eggplant, strawberries, pecans.
3-3-6.

Lunch- 1B salad with tomatoes and pepper, added cuke, avacado, chicken, and pecans.
3-2-9

Snack- apple, chicken, pecans.
1-1-2

pecans- 0-0-2

Din- salmon, green beans, salad, 1/2 peach, nuts
3-2-8

Snack later
1-1-2

  3. What is the digestive enzyme/probiotic you picked up? Can you believe how empty the shelves are at ADA's what is up with that... gets worse everytime I go there! on my list to call Kim 2mrw and set up an appt with her... will bew a luxery for me!
